Couple months ago my Godfather had a major stroke which impacted his left side of his brain causing the right side to be paralyzed and some internal bleeding to his brain since being in the hospital i started him at five drops of FOL and over time increased the dosage to a total of 15 drops over the course from four months i have seen an increase in energy mobility of him wanting to move around more and to even speak more i feel it has also helped his blood sugars level go from high 12’s and 13’s to 8 and 10’s. Both my parents started using FOL in June, at the time they both had high blood pressure, sleep cycles were off and also had high cholesterol. After using FOL in just a week, I could see things getting better, including thier sleep, and the blood pressure was more in the normal range. It's been 4 months now and their health has taken a turn for good. I personally started using it last month and have noticed deeper sleep cycles as well as waking up more refreshed. One of the biggest benefit my wife and I both have experienced is that it helps us to elevate our energy levels. Whenever we are feeling tired or drained.. we take 10 drops of FOL and within 30 mins, we start feeling full of energy and focused. We are still discovering other benefits as we will go for my blood work to see other benefits but till now I feel it is working in the body is some positive way which makes us feel better for atleast few hours after taking 10 drops.

I have been using FOL for about 1 1/2 months and have noticed my big toe has reduced pain which has enabled me to run again. I have Ostearthritis in my toe and thought I would have to give up running and it also started affecting my whole left side ie calf, knee and hip. I only ingest the drops (20 in total daily), and have noticed less breakage, more shine and growth. My hair is very fine and brittle but it's getting healthier and longer by the day. I have no doubt it's due to FOL which I have been taking for 2 months now. My next step is to insert a few drops in my shampoo and conditioner! I am loving the product!

I’ve only been using for about a month and I can already feel the effects. I had laryngitis a couple of weeks ago. I get it annually and it usually last weeks accompanied by a cough. I took extra drops of FOL (20 drops) each day for 4 days and it helped with the inflammation in my lungs and my laryngitis cleared much quicker with no cough this time. My son also suffers from terrible eczema which flairs up in the winter. I used a drop on his skin over a couple of days and it cleared up. I’m hoping it lasts but should it come back I will use the drops again. It worked better than any lotion and we didn’t have to use the cortisone cream the doctor prescribed. A win for me in both cases!

I've been taking FOL for an entire year now and have gone for my second set of complete blood tests. Remember that I took 40mg of Rosuvastatin (cholesterol medication) before my blood tests in March. After getting my results back in March, which showed my cholesterol levels had drastically dropped to 2.9, I decided to cut my dose to 20mg. Now, after receiving my results in October, my cholesterol levels have gone up slightly to 3.1, which is still well below 5.2, while I was on 40mg. All my other levels were perfect, and I will stop taking my cholesterol medication altogether. I also have been putting four full droppers in a 6 oz spray bottle and spraying it on my hair and face every day, and the result is that the grey in my hair is slowly fading. Have a happy Sunday.

I’ve been on FOL for a week or so as well and have been noticing some differences. I work as a carpenter and therefore sleep is crucial for me to be able to work and function effectively throughout the day. I’ve been taking 5 drops in the morning and 5 at night and have been finding that my sleep in more restful and I feel more energized in the morning. I also have some respiratory issues but i’m noticing it less often after being on the product!

I recently got FOL for my wife and mother and they have both stated that they have been sleeping better, and having more energy as a result.
